Returns, exchanges &  cancellations 
By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the Refund Policy. 
There are no returns or exchanges on any jewellery pieces after receiving them. It’s for hygiene purposes. Please handle your pieces with care because clay is not indestructible. It’s not built to put extreme pressure on it. 
Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon its arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we will not be unable to assist further.
If there’s a damage within 14 days of receiving your order, repair is possible. You are responsible for additional shipping expenses.

We are
 not responsible for custom duties charges, and will not refund item(s) returned to due to unaccepted, undelivered or any other reasons.
Processing
At the moment, UkinoZen is a one person team. Please allow 4-6 weeks for “PreOrders” and 2-3 business days for “ready to ship”. 1-2 weeks for “Made to Orders”.
This DOES NOT include the shipping time.
Shipping
At the moment we are only shipping within Australia. Please contact us if you are outside of Australia. 
Once the packages are shipped by the mail carrier, they are no longer in my hands. We can’t take responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If something like that ever happens, please contact your local post office. We can also attempt to track the package or make a claim for you.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by the you at checkout.
For the most up-to-date information, please check your tracking link. 
If your order is to be returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense. If the package returned to us, we will ship back to you again but you’ll be responsible to pay for the extra shipping cost since the shipment cost has been paid to the postal service, and is not eligible for refund. Please keep an eye on your tracking information, and ensure you have provided all the correct contact details at checkout. Note that Moachim Atelier is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages. 

If your order has been marked delivered, please contact the postal service it was delivered with to find out its whereabouts. If they are unable to provide further information, we can attempt to reach out on your behalf. Please note this process can take 3-7 business days.
